It's been a long time since I posted, and I am ashamed to say I have neglected the site terribly.  It's not that I've lost interest - far from it. Life has a nasty way of, well, getting in the way of the things that we enjoy. Sometimes it's those very things that we enjoy that have a sneaky way of taking all of our time.

This summer has been a busy one. It's also been a sad one and also sometimes a cause for celebration. I've been blessed and I've been cursed. Life's funny that way, but it does indeed go on, and we make the best of it. Someday, maybe I'll elaborate on what all has gone on in my life, but for now, I've got a bunch of catching up to do!

So let's make this the official return post.
